OUR STORY
Art House Pasadena (AHP) stands as a cornerstone in its community, adapting to evolving needs while addressing historical challenges like redlining, displacement, and various forms of prejudice. Led by Korey Wyatt, offering innovating solutions, and becoming California’s first sober living facility to secore Recovery Bridge Housing funding.
Nestled in North Pasadena’s serene Monk Hill neighborhood, Art House provides trauma-informed housing or LGBTQ individuals with SUD, fostering diverse identities and artistic expression. The facility spans 4,000 square feet, offering 64 beds for recovery bridge housing and undergoing development over three phases.

At Art House Pasadena, we utilize art and culinary expression to address relapse and homelessness challenges. Our tailored solutions offer support and specialized programs, empowering individuals on their recovery journey. From recovery programs to vocational training and affordable housing, we provide essential tools for success.
WHAT THE FUTURE HOLDS: ART HOUSE PASADENA PROJECT TIMELINE
Art House Pasadena plans a new sober living campus emphasizing arts, with digital studios, a culinary kitchen, and amenities like job and financial services centers. Housing up to 64 residents includes Recovery Bridge and Permanent Supportive Housing units, an empowerment garden, and eco-friendly features. The expansion seeks to double service capacity, pending feasibility, and funding, in collaboration with city officials.

Construction of 12 additional 1-bedroom lofts: Transition housing for substance abuse treatment graduates, doubling as social enterprises.
